cabbage problem this is on several leaves pretty sure not cabbage white have caused this it is like a scaly cvering that will not rub off it is on outside of leaf while underneath leaf is losing colour not had this before and is not shown in my book of veg problems any help will be wellcome

Sorry, pressed button too early. I meant to say, I answered with what I thought just might be the cause - white blister, a brassica problem

Not that veg growing is my forte snoop but it does look a bit like the Cushion Scale which was covering my Rhododendrons but that would rub off so perhaps not.
I'm sure someone will know!
