hi all I have a echeveria "duchess of nurenberg" does this plant require the dead flowers and new shoots to be removed an do I just cut them off ?

Just take off the flower stalks, as low down as you can.
Also remove any lower leaves that are turning brown.

Good luck!

You can remove new shoots if you want too, and use them as cuttings. But echeverias naturally make clumps of rosettes so its just doing what comes naturally.

How do I say thanks?
