I live in the Dallas area and we had some severe low tempertures. My two Mexican Fan Palms (2 years in ground 7 ft tall) are now all brown. what are the chances they have survived the winter? Both were wrapped with burlap.

These don't survive outside in the UK. All I can suggast is to wait and see. They may resprout from the hidden crown in the top.
