Hibiscus will root fairly easily from softwood (green) cuttings. Remove the the leaves except for a couple of small ones at the top. Use a hormone rooting powder and stick them into the compost where they should root pretty quickly. To help keep in moisture you could cover the plant with a plastic bag. Alternatively, try rooting them in water.

It looks like hibiscus. I expect you can take cuttings but someone else will advise on this.
