why have my autumn bliss raspberries only produce fruit on the top truss not even the lower trusses formed

Could be a number of things tbh and most are down to luck. Could be lack of pollinating insects, bugs eating the flowers (loads of Caterpillars this year) or lack of light on that area. It has been an all right year here in Fife for Raspberries - some real large ones, I wonder if it has been too dry in Cornwall?
