My daughter getting married in April , was hoping to have Sunflowers theme , and in her bouquet. [ about 3 flowers ] BUT they will not be in season so .....ANY suggestions of what is similar and what flower to put with what. ? She wants to keep it simple

You will have a challenge no mater what. The reason florists charge as much as they do for weddings etc. is they have to guarantee they will provide the flowers you want at the time you want them. You certainly can't grow sunflowers for April. You could look at a whole slew of bulbs but, even then, it is going to depend on the weather. If your daughter is happy to have whatever in her bouquet and on the tables you 'may' be able to achieve this - otherwise hand it over to a florist.

How about making some feather flowers into a bouquet. When I married I had a feather bouquet, and they keep almost forever, sadly the firm is no longer making them. You get something different, can make them in whatever colour/size you like, can start now and stockpile and have a sense of achievement!
