I have a raised walled garden which is in partial shade. But once the plants grow to 4 or 5 ft they are in full sun most of the day. Can I grow a Rosa rugosa in this condition. The soil is rich and well mulched every year.
Thanks, Phyllis

Hi, welcome to Goy, these will tolerate quite a range of conditions, but usually prefer an open position in full sun, but as long as you don't have full shade all day, they should be ok, particularly when they start to get the full sun, but be aware that these only grow to a height of between 3 and 8 ft, Derek.
