Worried about onions
Getting a bit worried about my Senshu Japanese onion sets. I'm sure I set them in October last year so I did the same this year but already 31 out of 35 are 4 inches tall. Are they getting ahead of themselves or is this normal ?

Thanks Steveg, i'll stop worrying then. They're all growing really well even with all the rain we've been having recently.
I've just been making a large cloche which I intend putting over the onions during the Winter, ( might put it on now if the rain doesn't stop), it seemed to help last year.

Mine are the same Hank but the guys on the allotment said they will be fine the growth will slow down when it gets colder.
