I have three raised beds that receive little direct sunlight apart from july and august. This is due to a neighbours fence. Can you suggest a suitable plant for 'block' planting. The garden is 'formal' in nature and design with squares of raised lawn, slate, and chippings.

Vinca, Hosta, Lamium, Lilium, Anemone, Galanthus, Viola, Cyclamen, Primula, Helleborus. Would these be of any use for you? Best of luck.
