We bought our Victoria Plum tree four years ago and was approx 6 feet tall. The tree looks healthy, with plenty of growth and leaves but so far we have not had any flowers

It should flower in the next month - if it doesn't i would take off a branch and take it to a nursery and ask if it is a plum. A tree of that size should flower, as long as it is getting sufficient light etc.
