radishes

I was weeding in my garden last night and thinning the radishes, when i noticed little white worms destrying my radishes. is there something i can do to get rid of them? or is it too late? should i just replant before i run out of season? (this time using diazinole(sp))

they are little white worms that are attacking the radish and its roots. i was talking to my gramma this weekenk. she said just to pull them all up and replant them. this time, using the pesticide that keeps them icky things from eating my radishes...
