Could anyone recommend any summer flowering shrubs for pots in full sun,also i live close to the sea.Would CONVOLVULUS CNEORUM SHRUB or PROSTANTHERA CUNEATA be ok?

Prostanthera is lovely, but doesn't flower very long (for me, anyway). Abelia and Pieris also good.

yes but watch the watering. Heather/ Lavender are also good in pots, dwarf buddleia too.
