After the winter we have had, the short answer is, you can't. I have lost 3 Red Stars this winter despite fleecing, I also lost one green and 1 variegated. All I can do is trim off the frosted leaves and hope they put out new growth. Usually they are not so bad as this year. It is the same for everyone.
