My mother in law has given me her Christmas presnt amaryllis with strict instructions to keep it alive and bring it back to her, in full flower, next Christmas. Any suggestions for what I do with it over the summer and autumn?

to bloom well amaryllis need full sun, and also feeding ,that is watering with
soluble fertilizer rich in potash(potassium). I have alot of these,they bloom very well,and get seeds by cross pollonation. Good Luck.
