hi, we planted a new fatsia japonica last year and it was doing great, we didn't protect it during the winter and now it's top of the stem is black , the bottom leaves are fine but some of the branches near the top are dead, will it survive do you think? the top looks odd all bare.

On plant Fatsia japonica

Take out any dead or soggy parts - it will recover, just looks a bit odd for a while. I'd wait a week or so till this current colder snap in the weather passes though.

How do I say thanks?
