I grew a standard bay tree from a cutting, many years ago.I was not aware that they are normally grafted. At the moment I have nine surviving cuttings which have rooted (out of the 30 I started with.)
I am trying to upload a couple of pictures, having tried to do so a few minutes ago.

are they grafted so you get better root stock and so you keep a strate trunk with know branches on them bulbaholic ?
