how do I prune a large but thinning hebe?

Answers

Check the stems lower down, nearer the base of the plant - if you can see little bits of growth, then you can cut back that far if you want to.

I just noticed to-day that my O.H. has cut back my hebe!! quite hard as well! I went mad the first time he did this a couple of years ago! but I shouldnt have worried it came back bushier than ever and was ready for another cut.

How do I say thanks?
