I was cutting some cordylines out off the garden, and I woke up this morning with a rash on both arms, my Q is would the sap from these plants casused these rashes?

If the rash is large, gets worse, or does not heal, or is worrying you, I would suggest a visit to your GP.

Not listed as having irritant sap, but that doesn't mean you haven't reacted to it - I get a contact rash when I brush against conifers, but most people don't.
