Hi there.
We have got a huge pampas tree in our garden which the cats love to shelter under in the summer and chase each other around it. Its lovely to watch. We have a lot of dead grass this year so it is not very green. When is the best time to cut it right back to the root ready for new growth. Summer or winter after the fluffy ferns have die?
Hope somebody can help.
