My cucumbers are ready to be planted into their final containers. Would it be ok to plant in a mix of 50-50 multi purpose and home made compost or just multi purpose?

Thank you Amblealice. The home made compost is well rotted down. It actually looks and feels nicer than the bought stuff. Well that's what i will be doing tomorrow hopefully.
