I have an acer which is red in spring, green in summer, then back to red in the autumn, can anyone please tell me which variety this is please? also its looking a bit sad, any advice for perking it up?

Could be Acer pseudoplantanus Brilliantissimum but it is more like a shrimp pink in spring.

i have had a look at the pictures of it and its not the one i've got, the leaves are more finger like and is a very bright red in autumn and a dark red now... thanks for your help tho!
