The flowers look a bit like dianthus flowers, bit difficult to tell for sure.

I reckon it is one of the small dianthus too. but dont know which one.

Chinese Pink (Dianthus chinensis). A short-lived, semi-hardy perennial with a very long bloom season. They are one of the few things that will bloom year-round here in the desert, but not at all drought tolerant!
