Most are in flower or coming into flower now, you should however have some stout stems if they are going to come into flower, i have a few large clumps of Iris Sibirica, some are in flower now whilst some have no stems at all and just the foliage.

just an after thought are yours newly planted, if so have you planted them to deep as they like to be shallow planted?
