Hello Everyone. How do you dismantle the cover on a Mountfield Quiet Shredder 2200w.
The manual gives no instructions.

Problem Solve, my friend and I undid the 4 Philip screws on the Lower section, which is in two parts, the cover is then easily removed, the electrics are all exposed and very simple.
Some Do'nts Do not turn the allen screw anti clock wise, it is fixed and only needs turning Clock wise after prolonged use.
The gap should be nil and adjustment will produce a few aluminium shavings on start up.
Our machine has done a lot of work and would be a good workhorse for GROUP gardeners.

I have had a look around and the only solution i can find is to ring up the manufacturer to ask them. Sorry i can't be of more help!
