Hi, can someone please identify this plant please? It must be some sort of weed? Thanks in advance.
P.S. Just looking at the photo now I fear it might not be clear enough. Please say so if this is the case and I'll get the camera phone out once again!

Thanks to all. I did rub a leave and smell it and it did have quite an aroma of mint. And of earth too which was a bit of a surprise. But I guess it must be mint!

I would dig it up and put it in a pot as it can be a bit invasive :o))
