The first one is a lovely Dianthus,, closely related to the larger Carnation

The second one is a small, mound forming Geranium

The third is another but bigger Geranium

the deep red dianthus could be a cultivar called Rebecca.
the other 2 I agree are geraniums but as to which species/cultivar they could be .... there are many.

The second picture is Geranium cinereum, dunno about the 3rd pic, its Geranium as the others say, but can't tell height from the picture.

The geraniums are hardy and will spread and flower reliably. Good for shade but happy in most situations.
