If you mean the radish tops, then it could be rabbits. Rabbits won't eat the radishes though as they are cruciferous vegetables which causes gas in rabbits which can kill them.

The only other creatures that I can think of that will eat the radishes is insects.

Snails will eat radishes. Snails will eat anything. I sometimes think they will eat me if I stand still long enough. I am turnng into Eeyor.
