How do you remove pine resin from conservatory roofs (Glass) or any other surface.? We have tried acetone which has some success but still smears and cannot get at unreachable windows.

There is a saying in chemistry "like dissolves like". Try a solution of pine oil detergent. Make sure it says " pine oil" not " pine- sol". Use varying degrees of dilution and see what works best if, hopefully, it works.

I've just googled it and it came up with Gardening Know How . Com. They have ways of how to emove it from all sorts of things.
