The center is gone from my white agapanthus but the leaves are healthy looking. What can I do?

if the leaves are healthy then I'd ignore it. They can grow outwards from the centre leaving a 'bald' spot.

I lost half of mine during one particularly cold winter but it is now doing well and flowering. Perhaps the same happened to yours.
