I have some Sweet William seedlings started in a pot, but they seem a bit leggy, I have a photo , do I need to do anything to them or should I leave them alone?

Give them more natural light. Put them outside for the day and bring in at night. Once they are used to the outside then they can be planted out in the garden.
May be a bit small for this autumn though, you may have to keep them under cover over winter.
