Can you recommend a marker pen for plant labels that doesn't fade? I have tried so many that say they are permanent and waterproof but they are useless!6

Even then they won't last for ever - we use pencil.

You can get permanent marker pens suitable for using on CD's and DVD's that are perfect for the labels, the one I'm using at the moment is name Penbel PEN Twintip, there are however other makes online with a thinner writing tip if you'd prefer Mary.....

One of the best things actually is a childs wax crayon but of course one needs the larger labels, cannot write small with a wax crayon, lol.....

Yes Stera those are the ones my hubby uses on his discs I tried halfinching a couple but he took them back, lol...I found out about the wax crayons when I received some labels from a NT gift shop, they came with a white crayon, as I cut my milk bottles up to make extra labels, I raided the grandkids box for a crayon, being wax it works fine....I agree Carol the pencil takes some shifting..
