I have tree lilies 3years old they are 6-7 ft tall and a fantastic show the stems are pretty thick now do I still prune them back to ground level

I recently cut mine back to half way as they need the leaves to help feed the bulbs. I've had to move mine but you should leave the stems until they go brown.
