Please can someone identify this plant, I think it is Osmanthus, the flowers have a lovely perfume.

Thank you so much Badfish it is a lovely fragrant plant nice to know it's name, now I can add it to my wish list!
Thank you Stera my daughter saw it in a car park and we just had to know it's name as the fragrance was so lovely.
