I bought a small bog sage (what a misnomer!) for a couple of pounds from a flower show earlier this year and it's done fantastically well. I had no idea it would be so tall, and the beautiful blue spikes have flowered for months. The bees absolutely love it. It's being a bit battered by the wind and rain now. Could anyone advise how to propagate it please? I'd like another one for next year and to share it with friends!

Thanks Bamboo. That's straightforward enough and I'll have a bit more space in the spring.

Easiest way is to dig it up and divide it, but that is best done in Spring for this particular plant.
