Can anyone help me identify this plant please?

I recieved some seed from a friend of a friend and they have grown into a huge plant which looks like it could be from the marrow or courgette damily but i am unable to identify it. It has white male and female flowers which have green veins, very large leaves and curling tendrils. It is very fast growing! Can anyone help identify it please?
