i have just brought a green house and have never grown anything before but would really like to start growing herbs,veg and salad stuff i have already potted some herbs but would really like to start off in the right direction so i need advice please on what else i can put in there...thankyou

It's not too late to plant salad leaves in there, ie lettuces that you cut some leaves from and then grow on for more - but is for crops like tomatoes / peppers/cucumbers. Those will have to wait until next spring, now.
