how does one know when seeds are ripe cultivating

On plant Meconopsis betonicifolia

Answers

When the ripe seed pod starts to turn yellow, the seed should be ripe. This is quite small and can be stored if kept cool (fridge). If you have more than one plant of the same species growing next to each other there is a higher rate of fertile seed produced.
