Hi. Is it possible to grow a Victoria plum tree in a 35 litre
container? If so which root stock would be the best?

If you really need to grow in a container then Pixy rootstock is best. I would consider ''Jubilee'' which is similar to Victoria but larger fruits and a better disease resistance. Would do better if grown direct in the ground.
