I'v grown garlic for the first time . its now coming to its maturity . I have a flower stem come on them should these be remover?

Don't harvest them too early either - I had a good crop last year and harvested it too soon, with the result that it was all wasted.

I used to let them die off them pull -- I also get mine from ASDA - split them and plant them never had a miss yet
