Invasive weed and needs removing before the flowers set seed. If you can't dig out now at least remove every flowerhead and dig out in autumn before the leaves die back.

I think it's going to be the year of the hawkweed. Last year it was the shoo fly plant that was popping up everywhere if I remember rightly.
