Can anyone recommend a good labelling machine for plants - so often the label has faded despite so called permanent markers & unfortunately my memory isn't much good at recall.

Thanks for the info Loosestrife, that gives me mostly links to pc printer software for address labels etc or the professional horticulture business that needs barcodes etc
I did see another for metal tag embossing tool & metal tape but altho would work well its way over my price level @ £226.80.
Spritz, could yours be the Brother GL-200 Garden Label Printer £22.99 Takes 6 AAA batteries.
It says it produces labels that are rain, fading and humidity proof and also heat & frost resistant which you stick onto plant sticks.
If you can recommend it then this may be just what I need.

I can't remember the number of mine but that'll be the updated version, and yes, it's VERY useful! Buy some rolls of tape if you do order one.

Thanks, Spritz, sounds like just the job. Do you have to buy ink for it as well?

No, it embosses the tape.

Thank you both for the advice, I went ahead & got a Brother PT1000 & 2 extra rolls of tape, it has just arrived & now I'm figuring out how to use it.
Much more high tech than the old Dyno's were, lol.

What you are looking for are" nursery labels and printers". You are UK based so just put that on your search engine and you will surely find what you are looking for.
