Can anyone recommend a large flowering Campanella?

But, Cammomile, although they *are* very pretty, they are biennial. I would go for perennials - C. lactiflora. I have it in white, mauve and pale mauve. The mauve one is 'Prichard's Variety' and the pale mauve is 'Lodden Anna'. I think the white one is just C. lactiflora 'Alba'.

Do avoid Campanula alliarifolia (used to be C. urticifolia) as it can be the most dreadful seed weed and as it has deep growing carrot like roots it is a devil to remove even when small.

Campanula persicifolia is another taller one which is perennial. Needs staking as its flower stems grow.

That too seeds all over our garden, if I forget to dead head it.

Do you mean Campanula? If so, how about Campanula Medium (Canterbury Bells) they grow tall and have large flowers in a range of pretty colours.
