Hi, welcome to GoY, it could well be in need of repotting, turn it out of the pot and have a look at the rootball, if you see nothing but roots, going round and round the pot, it needs repotting, untangle as many of the roots as you can before repotting, it doesn't matter if you break 1 or 2, just make sure that as many roots as possible are sticking out, so they can get going in the new pot, otherwise it will continue to go round in circles, use john innes number 3, and put it in full light, but shade it from the hottest sun, and moderate humidity, green leaved plants can tolerate slightly lower light levels, water freely until autumn, then sparingly in winter. in their natural habitat these can grow to anywhere between 10 and 30 ft tall and from 6 to 25 feet across, but are unlikely to get to this size grown in a pot either in a greenhouse or indoors in the UK, needs a minimum winter temp of 55f, proper name is Dracaena draco, Derek.
