the top insect looks like a hoverfly and as the adult only drinks nectar it wont affect the plant.
in the second photo, the one on the left is 'waisted' so looks like a wasp of some type, again not a threat to the plant. as for the other one I don't recognise it. sorry

Just a note on hoverflies: the adults drink nectar and pollinize, and the larvae are voracious aphid predators. Overall a good thing.
