Aminopyralid herbicide residue in manure?

Are people still getting the problems with aminopyralid (and related herbicides) residue in farmyard manure? It is illegal to use it on land for grazing horses (but allowed for cattle and sheep?!!) but might still be found in bedding straw that goes into the final manure.

Unlikely that it is in the bedding straw as this is a by-product of cereal crops and aminopyralid herbicides aren't used on cereals (in the UK). Any residue will be broken down by soil bacteria and should be ineffective within a season.
