I have two Picea J.W. DaIsy's White conifers about 2 years old. Lovely and green last winter, lovely cream tips this summer but now turninhg brown and needles falling - they look very sick. They have been kept watered all summer. Do you know what can be wrong - they look pretty terminal to me.

If in pots, it's best to immerse the pot fully into a container of water about once a week during the dry period.
Notice I didn't say "Dry Season". If like me you live in the UK, the Dry Season lasts a couple of weeks if we're lucky.
If you live in most other places the Dry Season lasts for months.
Am I being a cynical old Hector?

Photograph would have been useful, but there's a couple of things - if they didn't get sufficient water a few months back, that would explain what's happening - alternatively, although they do not like to suffer any drought, they also don't like sitting in wet soil, so if the drainage in the pots isn't great, they maybe got waterlogged at some point.
