hi welcome this looks like rose of Jericho or another name for it is the resurrection plant i have one the other half keeps threatening to bin it but i like it although it looks like a dried up leylandi sorry about the spelling.i think i got if off ebay but be careful you might get a dead one.and as well it needs to be sat on gravel with about an inch of water in the bottom depending on the size of gravel dont let it get wet or you will kill it empty the water out of the dish after a day.good luck.
