Planted a peony from my daughter's garden over 10 yrs ago but that's all I have had is leaves but no flowers?

Hi, welcome to GoY, I agree with Steragram, they should be planted so that the tops of the tubers are just visible when the soil has settled, Derek.

And it's too late to lift it now. You will need to replant it in the autumn as soon as the foliage had died back with the resting bud just above the soil.

Perhaps you planted it too deeply -they like really shallow planting.
