The lettuce I set in pots in my greenhouse are now 2 inches tall and are ready to transfer into my one of my plots. Is it too soon to do this ? I'd hate to lose them.

Thanks S, They're still in my greenhouse as my cloche is in need of re- covering. They can stay in there for as long as it takes.

I wouldn't risk it unless you have protection eg a tunnel cloche. And watch out for slugs.
