Anyone suggest what would go with Knautia Melton pastels in a bed 2m wide and 5m long

Perovskia perhaps, or Scabiosa? Plus something green, perhaps a sun tolerant fern or two eg Drypoteris felis mas but someone may think of a better option. .
Nepeta would make a nice contrast too.
If you want a low border, fibrous rooted begonias, the ones with dark red leaves?
